Keep them away from places with rapid temperature changes, such as in the sun's direct afternoon glare. The sun's powerful rays can cause fading of the painting's colors. You should also keep the painting away from high-traffic areas. If you must hang the painting in sunlight, it's best to place it on a wall or stand it up against a glass wall.
